Config Notes
- Install: The SLES install was performed using a virtual DVD device.
- The driver "htc-hfcldd" are used during testing is not SUSE SolidDriver Program compliant.
To force loading the driver, set allow_unsupported_modules to 1 in /etc/modprobe.d/unsupported-modules.
The driver was installed from the driver update disk(DUD) "dud-htc-hfcldd-4.11.17.2164.iso" and the driver package "htc-hfcldd-kmp-default-4.11.17.2164_3.0.76_0.11-1.sles11sp3.x86_64.rpm". To obtain the DUD and the driver package log onto : https://portal.hds.com. The Hitachi customer has to be a member of "HDS support portal" to access the driver for download. DUD can be used to install SUSE Linux Enterprise Server(SLES) to the SAN storage, and driver package can be installed after the SLES installation. To install SLES to the SAN storage, refer to the document "Hitachi Gigabit Fibre Channel Adapter Users Guide(SLES Driver Edition)" on https://portal.hds.com
