Product Description
The VirtenSys Virtual I/O switch is a cost-effective and flexible way to provide converged LAN/SAN/DAS connectivity to servers. The VIO Virtual I/O product is designed as 2U top-of-rack switch that consolidates commercial off-the-shelf adapters (10GbE NIC, FC HBA, RAID), virtualizes them as virtual I/O adapters, for sharing with up to 16 servers simultaneously. The VIO Virtual I/O switch replaces a layer of access switches, physical I/O adapters, and cables from the data center making deployment faster, flexible and more energy efficient.
