Product Description
The Brocade 815 (single port) 8Gbit/sec Fibre Channel to PCIe Host Bus Adapter (HBA) provides a new level of server connectivity through unmatched hardware and unique software capabilities. Brocade 815 is designed to manage true end-to-end SAN services and enhanced server virtualization across next generation data centers. Brocade 815 maximizes bus throughput with a PCIe 2.0a Gen2 (x8) bus interface with intelligent lane negotiation, delivers up to 500,000 IOPs and 1600 MB/sec throughput in full-duplex mode per port.

Kdump: the crash kernel reserved memory parameters were increased from the default to "crashkernel=188M,high crashkernel=142M,low" using YaST.
Install: System installed via network PXE UEFI boot; the OS was installed using the UEFI boot loader and system configuration. Hard disk configuration: two separate RAID 0 and a four disk RAID 5. Xen Hypervisor: the hypervisor was booted with and requires the following additional load parameters: dom0_mem=12G dom0_max_vcpus=4 (parameters are required but the specific values can be changed).
SR-IOV: System was tested using SR-IOV where a virtual network adapter was given to the SLES 12 SP3 FV guest. One of the integrated Ethernet Controller I350-AM4 adapters was used in this testing.
VM Driver Pack: All guests were tested with PV drivers installed. The SLES drivers are included with the OS. The Windows Server 2016 drivers are available from http://download.suse.com (VMDP-WIN-2.4.exe).
