The VMware Memory Ballooning driver included in SLES 11 SP3 is auto loaded to improve the virtual machine memory performance.
Installation of VMware Tools is recommended to enhance performance and improve management of virtual machines. VMware Tools for SUSE® Linux Enterprise are available as an ISO (TAR Format with perl installer) bundled with vSphere.
