Try to run the following to ebuild RPM database.

1. Backup of RPM database
mkdir /tmp/rpm_backup
rsync -av /var/lib/rpm/. /tmp/rpm_backup/.
2. Rebuild RPM database
rpm -vv --rebuilddb > /tmp/rpm_rebuilddb.log 2>&1
3. Check if there are no more messages/errors
/usr/lib/rpm/rpmdb_verify /var/lib/rpm/Basenames

/var/lib/rpm/Basenames is broken and this should be fixed by rebuilding the RPM database.
