    fixes and enhancements.

    SUSE OpenStack Cloud Deployment Guide:

    - Added documentation for SUSE OpenStack Cloud Monitoring. (bsc#1047339,
    bsc#1042221, bsc#1041505)
    - Updated "Important: VLAN Settings" info boxes to correct conflicting
    information. (bsc#1039926)
    - Corrected several instances of teaming to team. (bsc#1038741)
    - Moved the "Recovering Clusters to a Healthy State" appendix to

    - Crowbar Setup:
