/etc/sysctl.d/99-sysctl.conf link vanished
This document (7024172) is provided subject to the disclaimer at the end of this document.
Since the sysctl commandline tool reads /etc/sysctl.conf directly, the symbolic link was just needed for /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-sysctl.
With the systemd package shipping the link /usr/lib/sysctl.d/99-sysctl.conf to /etc/sysctl.conf, the link in /etc/sysctl.d/ becomes obsolete.
