An update that has three recommended fixes can now be installed.

Description:

This update for tomcat provides the following fixes:

  • Increase maximum number of threads and open files for tomcat. (bsc#1111966)
  • Require Java 1.8 or later. (bsc#1123407)
  • Fix tomcat-digest and tomcat-tool-wrapper classpath error. (bsc#1120745)
  • Improve MBeans for Endpoint instances (type ThreadPool in JMX) by using explicit declaration of attributes and operations rather than relying on introspection. Add a new MBean to expose the Socketproperties values.
