    An update that has one optional fix can now be installed.

    Description:

    This update for mariadb provides version 10.1.25 for SUSE OpenStack Cloud
    7 and brings many fixes and improvements.

    Additionally, the following new packages have been added:

    - rubygem-mysql2 0.4.7 A simple, fast Mysql library for Ruby, binding to
    libmysql.

    - galera-3 A fast synchronous multimaster wsrep provider (replication
    engine) for transactional databases and similar applications.

    - xtrabackup An online (non-blocking) backup solution for InnoDB engines.

    - jsmn A minimalistic JSON parser with a focus on simplicity and
    efficiency.

    - jemalloc A general-purpose scalable concurrent malloc(3) implementation.

    Patch Instructions:

    To install this SUSE Optional Update use YaST online_update.
    Alternatively you can run the command listed for your product:

    • SUSE OpenStack Cloud 7:
      zypper in -t patch SUSE-OpenStack-Cloud-7-2017-1621=1

    To bring your system up-to-date, use "zypper patch".
