SUMA WebUI "Create User" - "Passwords cannot be more than 32 characters."

Environment

SUSE Manager 4.1 Server
SUSE Manager 4.0 Server

Situation

SUSE Manager supports network-based authentication systems using pluggable authentication modules (PAM). 
When a new user is created in the SUSE Manager webUI  "Create User" and the checkbox
"Pluggable Authentication Modules (PAM) - Use PAM to authenticate LDAP, Kerberos, and other network-based authentication systems."
is selected, the following error appears on the top left of the page:

"Passwords cannot be more than 32 characters."

Resolution

The following updates include the fix for this problem:
SUSE Manager 4.1 - spacewalk-java-4.1.30-3.31.7 - released March/2021
SUSE Manager 4.0 - spacewalk-java-4.0.42-3.54.1 - released April/2021
