SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 2

Copying "cp" or moving "mv" a directory to a non existing directory with a trailing /
will fail and the system will report the following error:

cp –rf dir1 dir2/
cp: target `dir2/' is not a directory: No such file or directory

The problem is caused by a Bug in coreutils  and a future coreutils update will correct the problem. You can open a Service Request with SUSE Support and refer to this document to get the patch before public release.
