Key Steps

  • Join the SUSE One Partner Program: Review the SUSE One Partner Program requirements and sign up if you are not currently a member.

  • Specialization Request: After joining, send a formal request to the SUSE One Partner team or the INNOVATE team (certifications@suse.com) to be added to the Innovate Specialization.

  • Technical Resource Access: Upon acceptance, log into the SUSE Partner Portal and navigate to Services & Support > NFR / Partner Use Software to download the necessary SUSE products for testing and QA.

  • Expertise Alignment: Familiarity with the Technical expert certification requirements to ensure you are meeting the minimum requirements.

Requirements

To achieve the "Verified Services" designation, partners must fulfill the requirements specific to their partner track and the SUSE products they support:

1. Validation Tiering: To ensure your service delivery or managed solution operates seamlessly, begin by deploying the SUSE software and performing all necessary testing within your specific environment. Depending on your solution, you may review the steps for either SUSE Ready or SUSE Certified. 

Should you encounter any unexpected technical hurdles during this implementation and validation phase, you can request support through the SUSE Customer Center or contact the INNOVATE team for specialized assistance.

3. Support Declaration: Partners must formally publish commercial support for their software/service on or with the SUSE environment, ensuring SUSE customers have access to expert assistance and enterprise-grade reliability.

4. Review & Listing: To begin the review process, please contact the INNOVATE team (certifications@suse.com) and submit your service description, the link to your declaration of support, and your platform testing results. We will review your submission to understand how your solution is supported. Once approved, your offering will be officially added to the Partner Certification & Solutions Catalog
