If you’re in the HPC space, chances are you are already aware of SC13 ( being hosted in Denver the week of 11/17.  While the show is focused on HPC, it is also a good chance to see how vendors are crossing into “new” spaces. It is interesting to see technologies and vendors once specialized in technical computing now making an entrance into the data center via Big Data and Cloud initiatives. SUSE has been involved heavily in both realms for many years and is pleased to once again be represented at this conference.

At our booth (#301), we will have:

  • Mini-theater sessions hosted by both employees and partners
  • Provide the opportunity to speak with experts like Kai Dupke (SUSE Sr. Product Manager) and Vojtech Pavlick (Director, SUSE Labs.
  • Listen and participate in a panel discussion/QA Session at 5pm on Tuesday and Wednesday with our experts and select experts from some of our partners
  • Daily drawings for Raspberry Pi kits
  • Ability to download the latest openSUSE release (13.1) which should go GA on 11/19

A little more information can be found here:

We’d be happy to have you come by the booth and visit about SLES and future of Linux in HPC, Big Data and Cloud!
