We’ve been working hard in preparing the beta version for SUSE Customer Center, a dedicated online portal customized for using SUSE products. Through SUSE Customer Center you can manage your SUSE products, subscriptions and other services.
Please log in to quickly and easily service your subscriptions. SUSE Customer Center is available at https://scc.suse.com/ and for login you can use your Novell Customer Center credentials. In case you don’t have an account, you can create one here
Once you are logged in, you will be able to see the new and enhanced dashboard, which provides a quick overview of your subscriptions and their status. From here you can easily navigate to organizational details for checking your account information, to registered systems for a quick overview of your systems and subscriptions for a complete list of your purchased or evaluation subscriptions and their status.
The data contained in the Novell interface of the customer center is made available to you via the new interface without any additional steps. In case you would like to report an issue or follow up with us, you can use the feedback section available on all pages.
At the moment, SUSE Customer Center is still in beta phase, so until we’ll be fully operational you can continue to use our Novell Customer Center. SUSE Customer Center will be release in fall 2014. Meanwhile, we’ll continue to improve SUSE Customer Center based on feedback from customers, as well as implement upgrades with new features. We’ll keep you posted.
