SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) was first introduced as an SAP-hosted, private cloud for implementing SAP HANA-based services. Today, SAP provides infrastructure and managed SAP services to run on a customer’s choice of hyperscaler platforms. Then and now, SAP depends on SUSE’s high availability technologies like “pacemaker” (included in SLES for SAP Applications, an SAP Endorsed App) to help customers maintain business continuity for services hosted on the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud.

The webinar “How to Protect SAP Workloads with SUSE Pacemaker on Hyperscalers” is an opportunity to learn about key aspects of supporting SAP customers’ high availability requirements from Marc Korderer, Chief Architect in SAP’s ECO CTO Office. In this webinar, Marc will provide a technical perspective on:

  • How SAP workloads are protected using open source technology like SUSE Pacemaker
  • Insights into leveraging the SUSE blueprint for HA deployments of SAP applications
  • Details of how SAP collaborates with SUSE and public cloud vendors to deliver maximum value in the HANA Enterprise Cloud service

If you’re considering implementing your mission-critical applications in the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (or any cloud), you don’t want to miss this informative webinar.
