Novell is working hard, along with the rest of the XEN community, to significantly improve and simplify the network configuration necessary on the host sever and virtual machines. It is likely that standard network-bridge script will soon be improved to better support bonding. I have found the scripts in SP1 more than adequate for bonding, however they do need some adjustment.
