Novell today announced the availability of SUSE Linux Enterprise 10 Service Pack 3, offering customers the latest fixes, patches and updates issued for the SUSE Linux Enterprise 10 platform, as well as support for the latest hardware.
This latest Service Pack includes three products:
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 3, which supports the latest server, storage and networking hardware and includes enhanced features for extending and improving high-speed fabrics, virtual services and systems administration.
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 Service Pack 3, which includes updated drivers to support the latest hardware and peripherals, as well as updated Firefox browser and Novell GroupWise collaboration software.
- A Software Development Kit, which includes tool updates that give developers and technical enthusiasts even more ways to create powerful new software.
This Service Pack ensures SUSE Linux Enterprise continues to be the most interoperable platform for mission-critical computing – across physical, virtual and cloud deployments – from the desktop to the data center. The Service Pack helps bolster SUSE Linux Enterprise Server’s position as a reliable, interoperable and manageable foundation for physical and virtual mission-critical workloads.
