New Support Experience: Going Live Soon!

We are thrilled to announce an exciting enhancement to your support experience with us!

In early October 2025, we will be migrating to  a brand-new support center, designed to provide you with more efficient and comprehensive SUSE assistance.

The new support center will offer a range of features to improve how you obtain support from SUSE, including:

  • Improved Case Management: Easily submit, track, and manage your support cases in one centralized location.
  • Trending and Top Knowledge Articles: Access a wealth of knowledge articles organized by product to get answers quickly.
  • Enterprise Agentic Search: Find solutions rapidly with our powerful search functionality, that locates relevant knowledge articles,  documentation, and other information.
  • Persistent Support Navigation: SUSE’s Customer Center, Documentation and new support pages all using the same website header and navigation menus.
  • Enhanced Communication: Stay updated on the status of your cases and communicate directly with our support team.
Feature Description
Case Management Beta 25 Sept 20256 Oct 2025: Customers can test the new support experience alongside the existing SUSE Customer Center (SCC) support functionality. Follow the new guided tour to get acquainted with the changes.
Go-Live Early October: You will be automatically redirected to the new SUSE support experience.
Access Log in to https://scc.suse.com using your existing SUSE account, then navigate to ‘Support’ in the left-hand menu
