Gambling in Vegas? Join us at Edge!

Are you by chance in Vegas? Trying your luck gambling? I am sure you are aware of the five most popular “games of luck” in the Capital of Entertainment, but if not – here is just a quick memory resfreshment:

Baccarat: Next to slot machines and Keno, Baccarat, which is a card game, is possibly the easiest casino games to learn and play.

Blackjack: Also known as “Twenty-one” card game, Blackjack is the most widely played casino game in the world.

Craps: If you want to gamble but don’t know anything about gambling, play craps. It is a dice game, and it’s easy: You put your money on the table and somebody rolls the dice. If everybody starts cheering, you’ve won. If everybody gets quiet, you’ve lost.

Roulette: You´ve seen them at least in the movies – the famous roulette tables. Round and round it goes. Where it stops, nobody knows. It is real luck – or turns into a disaster.

Poker: While every major casino offers video poker and poker tables, some have distinct and often elegant poker rooms as well as regularly scheduled poker tournaments. Most tournaments are no-limit Texas Hold’em. Buy-in amounts, re-buys, add-ons and entry fees vary with each casino and the time of the day.

Well – please keep in mind: with all of these games you can loose. But just this week, and only at The Venetian, Sands Expo, there is an additional “game to play” in Vegas: Edge! It would be a shame to visit Vegas and spend all your gaming time and money sitting helplessly behind a video poker or slot machine. It’s time to get involved in those “games” everyone keeps talking about.

And I promise: you will never loose with your investment in IBM Edge. Edge2015 merges the IBM Edge and Enterprise events into the Infrastructure Innovation Conference of the year—the only U.S. event covering IBM System Storage, IBM z Systems, IBM Power Systems and IBM Middleware—all in a single venue. Experience a multifaceted event culminating in a best-in-class executive summit and three Technical Universities—System Storage, z Systems and Power Systems. Business experts share best practices on leveraging IBM and partner technologies to revolutionize how they use cloud, analytics and mobile to target new workloads and provide the most secure foundation for your business.

And we are gambling indeed at Edge! In the Solution Center, many of the sponsors and exhibitors invite you to gamble at their booths, and they offer great prizes.
