1.0 Servers Types in SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Service

SUSE® Linux Enterprise Point of Service is based upon SUSE Linux Enterprise and is installed as an add-on product. After installation and setup, your SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Service system includes one centralized Administration Server, one or more Branch Servers, and Point of Service terminals. This chapter focuses on the server types used in SUSE Linux Enterprise Point of Service and gives an overview of the tasks they run and the services they provide.
