The following table contains the subject areas that are covered by our free-of-charge support and our advanced support service. This includes the following products:

Subjects covered by free support are indicated in the "Free" column, and issues exceeding this scope are indicated in the right-hand column. We will be happy to handle issues relating to these subject areas through our chargeable support service. If the time limit for free installation support for your distribution has already expired, or you do not have a valid registration code for any other reason, our advanced support team will of course be available to answer your questions. SUSE LINUX 9.1 Personal includes the SUSE LINUX Live-CD in addition to an installation medium for regular installation. Free installation support is not available for this product.
